North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — electricity supply of less than 15 hours

Dear sir,
We are facing a lot of electricity cut out nowadays after the month of march.
In electricity bill there is a column of monthly rent and that is fixed whether u give us 24 hr electricity or 15 hr that will be same. So why u not supply 22 hr minimum electricity to us. Or u change the monthly rental as per the availability of electricity month by month.
