I bought nothing phone 1 at Flipkart on November 2022.December 15, the phone started showing the auto switch problem, it would go off for a moment and immediately switch back on...They instructed me to take it to the service center where I met a guy who promised me that he has corrected the error.
On 21st December the phone switched off completely and I Contacted the main office again, they said I should take it back to the service center where it spent a day.They said it's body issue and that they managed to correct it.After few days the auto switch began again and it is still on going...The service centre attendant told me that there is nothing he can do anymore.I have been calling main office since then to no avail, they are not helping me.Last week they said someone will come and collect the phone, they didn't keep their word..The consultants at the main office don't want to help me anymore, they are always pretending that the line got cut off or place me on hold forever.I need your assistance.
At this point I need my money back, I can't be having a useless phone in my hands when I have spent so much on it.
I have proof of videos which shows the auto switch ; I also sent it to them as proof.
