[Resolved] Nownaukri.com — No result after 6 months

I received on call in Oct 2015 that your resume has been selected for TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE in one of company in DUBAI and they want to take your interview and for that first u have to register with nownaukri.com so I registered via online process and for that they have taken from me 17000/- INR total after one step again one new step.
Still more then 6 months crossed but I did not receive any communication from nownaukri.com and when i initiate to call they told me that WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR PROFILE.My no. is [protected]

Nownaukri is fully occupied by JOBISS.COM.They change my relationship manager but they did not inform me.When i called to customer care then I know.Yesturday I called to my new RM, Mr RAGHAV PAHWA, he told me that YOUR ALL SERVICES IS STOPED means I will not receive any VACANCY/RECRUITMENT ADD from them.I was promised/committed by company in OCT, 2015 that Your All Services vail till life time and if you change your job we will help you to change your job profile.They told me at the time of registration that WE WILL CONDUCT YOUR INTERVIEW WITH THREE COMPANIES IN DUBAI. I forgot these thing since time passed but no problem. Company did not conduct my interview since I am registered with company from Oct, 2015.I do not hope also.They are worst. BUT I WAS SOCKED as yesturday Mr.RAGAV PAHWA told me that your services ends with company.I want to take any action to company in Delhi.I have some references.

Updated by NishantDeep Singh They stopped my service but at the time of registration they told me that YOUR SERVICE WILL CONTINUE FOR FIFE TIME...THIS IS LIFE TIME REGISTRATION AND IN CASE IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LINE WE WILL HELP YOU.

Firstly naukri team never take any charges from job seeker & I also have bad experience once in last 1 year so if one call me by taking name of naukri service & take amount 5700 /from me so beware of such things.

Dear All,

There is no point in contacting Nownaukri for refund, they are all well trained cheaters and crook's, they do not have any interest in listening our complains as their moto is cheating. Hence as advised by Delhi Chief Minister office to me, please file a formal complain with your nearest/local police station but make sure to mention all the concerned Nownaukri staff member names dealt with you in FIR, also telephone numbers used and their bankers Axis Bank.

Forward me the copy of FIR and complain copy from police station to my below email ID so we will submit bunch complain copies to Cyber Crime, Consumer Court, Delhi CM office and file a complain with Mumbai HC through NGO.
