Npcl — new connection

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that we are group of 7 to 8 people who has already been applied for the electricity connection 4 - 5 months before but no action taken from your's end.
We all are fed up of roaming to yours office each and everyday. Please let us know what is the status of our application, when would be process start, why is it pending and what is the reason of not providing us the new connection.

Sir i had transferred through Google tez app money to my friends account but money debit from my account but it was not received to my friends account and 9days had completed and I had send bank statements to tez customer service its was my college fee please help to complete this process as soon as possible

And I had transferred at 16 Dec and we got success notification on 18 Dec but money didn't cedit in my frinds account and both got success and raised complaints to tez customer also
