NPS — Cannot able to reset password

Hello team i am trying to reset password, even after updating it comes like account locked. When i tried using nodal office, post that i receiving like Pending reset IPin/ Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN.

Kindly help me resolve this issue and activate the account
