I have invested in NPS last year and my PRAN is[protected]. For this year also i tried to credit money in my NPS account online through app and website but it gave me error "PRAN not found in database" and "Please enter valid PRAN" even though I have correct PRAN no and trying to reset password and login in website. Now today is last day for FY 2023 investement and if it doesnt allow me to invest online then it will affect on my taxation and penalty would be their. Here the issue is from website so I am blocked now. Please resolve this issue and prevent me from penalty and taxation issue. Was this information helpful? |
