NPS — Facing payment gateway issue in my NPS registration process

Hi Team,

I am facing issues with payment gateway.
I started the registration process of NPS and after uploading all the documents and filling the details. I got redirected to payment gateway page. After sending the minimum amount, the transaction status was "Pending Confirmation". Now I am entering my details as acknowledgement number, acknowledgement date and date of birth, I am getting the following error.

Acknowledgment No: 11442334
Acknowledgement date: 04/01/2023

Error Message: The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

I have been stuck with this issue since last 3 days. Please help me resolving this issue. It is really urgent.
