NPS — PRAN not activated

Dear sir,

I subscribe a atal pension yojana (Apy) account (Pran[protected] which has been activated on 28/05/2015.

My monthly subscription of rs. 846.00

After some days (27.04.2017) the concerned department ask for submission “self-certification - fatca/crs declaration form”
And i have already send the above documents.

But after some days when i check my pran no.in database of apy, but there is a message "invalid pran no."

Please do the needful
