I travelled on Nuego Bus from Salem to Bangalore on 17th February 2025, and I faced several issues that made my journey uncomfortable and unsafe:
• Air Conditioning Issue: The bus was scheduled to depart at 11:30 AM, and I was boarded around 11:00 AM. Despite multiple requests from me and an elderly passenger, the AC/cooler was not switched on until the bus finally started at 11:35 AM. Additionally, after the Madiwala stop, the AC was turned off while passengers were still inside, causing discomfort.
• Unhygienic Conditions: The bus was not cleaned properly, and there were flies inside, indicating poor maintenance and hygiene.
• Unsafe & Uncomfortable Driving: The driver was driving recklessly, frequently staying too close to other vehicles and applying sudden, hard brakes, making the journey very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Expected Resolution:
• Acknowledgment of the complaint and corrective action.
• Ensuring that AC services are provided as promised.
• Improved cleaning and maintenance of buses.
• Proper training for drivers to ensure smooth and safe driving.
