NurseryLive — Need order delivered asap

It's been more than 16 days and order is still not delivered. Last update I received was on June 7 that your order is ready and till now further update.
I have sent multiple emails, tried to chat on there system but all I get is automated response.
It's a prepaid order. Why are accepting orders on there site if they can't fulfil it ?
It seems I have been cheated and I need refund of my money.
