Nykaa. Com — Order not delivered

So it's been a month I haven't received my parcel ordered from nykaa. Com. At first place the reason of of delay was lockdown at my place. But it arrived at my located on 31st July, 2020 and from that day itself it shows delay due to local authorities but now as such there is no lockdown at my place. And it's been nine days since I contacted the support system of nykaa but they have not provide any updates on this matter. As a fact since this pandemic time had been hard for everytime with that I approached them to give me any clue or info so that I can resolve the issue because the parcel is near to my place, but they couldn't do that too. All I get is the matter has been transferred to relevant team but nothing solved. They should atleast have some contact through which they parcel their courrier they couldn't even gave me updates on that too. It's been long time now I can't just stay with all those assurances. I need to complaint against nykaa and their support which was not at all helpful. I have paid the money I can't loose that amount of money
