I had done a pest control from nyyst pest control on 13th october and was guaranteed the solution for 6 months or else was told would be given a free treatment. However, the issue was not resolved and i contacted the company again on 12th nov and they assured a second treatment on 17th november at 5 pm. I even got a confirmation call on16th nov about the second treatment how ever no one reached by house till 5 pm on 17th nov. After calling the company to check the status, they first said they did not have any such request but after me giving the details and requesting them to check, the lady named rajashree confirmed i would have some one at my house by 7 pm and asked me to recheck at 6:45pm. When i called the company at 6:45, i was told that rajashree had left for the day and there was no records of my complaint. Pathetic customer service. No value for their word of guarantee. They do not care for their customers after they get their payment. This is the worst customer service i have experienced Was this information helpful? | 
Usually they assure guarantee however, during the time of follow-up service, they just give you fake/ false promises!! Time management is too bad.
customer care team is very rude and deadly need training at least on how to speak to their customers.
They are money eaters I must say...!
