I had applied for online renewal of OBC Non-creamy layer certificate on 09/03/2021. But till now i didn't received my non-creamy layer certificate in hand everytime i asked them they are saying that they are closed beacause of Corona, I want to apply for Indian Cost Gaurd 2021 recruitment, but without non-creamy layer certificate i can't. Kindly consider into my case nd i hope i will get a response from your side.
