Good morning. I ordered a product on 01.10.2021 through the offer clue website and I received the product with order no #18232 on 01.10.2021. Actually, I order the product boAt Storm Smartwatch (Grey Strap, Regular) with the price of Rs.1799=00 (Shipping Fees of Rs.50=00 and Cash on delivery of Rs.50=00) Total I paid Rs.1899=00 to the delivery person of Ecom Expres through Amazon Pay UPI on 19.10.2021. Later when I opened the product the product which I received is not a product which I had placed the order. This is different from what I ordered. Even the product is not at all working. Hence, I have clicked the product photos and mailed them. Hence, I don't need this product. Therefore, I request you to take the product as soon as possible and refund the amount soon. The product is kept in same condition with all the labels and tags. Hence, I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
