My name is mohd ayub khan. I purchased a villa from okay plus group in jaipur. This villa is situated in susant city kalwar road jaipur. The township name is "okay plus exotica villa no 161". Total prize of villa is 33, 14, 000 rs. I paid around 12 lakh by cheque and around 14 lakh by loan from hdfc bank. Right now i am facing some financial problem so i requested to okay plus company to buy back your villa and clear this matter. They are saying they will clear bank payment first and then we will see about your payment. I am saying to company that please give me pdc cheque for my payment bur okay plus executive says they will give me only 3 lakh. Please resolve my problem i am vary sad of their behavior.
