Okaya — Not replaced under warranty parts its very important

I bought an Okaya scooter on 5th October 2022. At that time, its headlight was illuminating the upper side too much. It is so high that there is no light at all on the road and there are high chances of accidents. I told the company dealer to replace it. And Its upper dipper is also not working, if it is used, the light of the car turns off completely. Still, they are saying that they will replace it when it arrives. And after that, they are giving the light props of the cars they are selling. If I talk to the dealer, he talks in a very bad manner. After taking it, going to the first free service without saying anything and giving the scooter without replacing any part, he asked to pay service charges of rs.150. When asked, please explain me about this charges he said the scooter was washed and polished
When I asked to give the receipt for the money taken, they replied that they don't. And they said that they don't want to appear here again. I mailed a complaint to customer care and there is no reply. You should make that decision
