Few months back I was booking an ola cab for my local movement on my mobile. somehow the booking was repeatedly cancelled due to unknown reason. reason may have been the poor network of my mobile or something else about which I am unaware of as I am not friendly with the smart phones functioning. everytime I wanted to have a ola ride a penlty dues appeared of Amt Rs 150/- on the screen. naturally i preffered not to book as this amount seemed to me a punishment without any fault of mine.
however yesterday ie on 22/11/2018, I changed my mind to book an ola ride after paying the penalty amount of rs 150/-. with the help of my staff I paid rs 150/- through netbanking with my HDFC credit card and proceed to book a fresh ola ride. but the penalty of rs 150/- started appearing again. I stopped my idea to have a ola ride. my complain/ advice is only that senior citizens like me should not be made the scapegoat of a (faulty) system generated problems.
