I transferred my money to Ola wallet and I can't use it anywhere.If KYC is disabled why the hell you all are accepting money transfers into the wallet. I'm student and every penny matter to us. Ola money is not providing any reasonable or effective solutions. I've seen many complaints about the same issue and none of them got resolved.
Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Mental Stress

    I have an overdue ola money postpaid of Rs. 11221.i have been charged late fees of 560 within days time I have told them I will pay it as soon as I can also enquired if i can pay in emi since its month end going on still i am getting continuously calls since morning to evening during my office hours even Ola money has to understand the customer issue and also have been getting messages on WhatsApp which is leading to mental stress and harassment...

    Money paid directly to driver for ride and being demanded again by Ola Postpaid

    The Ride amount was shown to be 688/- as per the driver. He requested me to pay the amount directly to him after the ride, and the entire amount was paid to him by paytm. The screenshot is attached.

    Ola Postpaid - False Late Payment Recorded

    Hi,

    My name is Bhushan Danait, and I had Ola Postpaid account, which was supposedly suspended in November 2022 due to some RBI guidelines.

    I see that Aditya Birla Finance, partner of Ola Postpaid, has recorded late payments for two months November and December 2022.

    It reduced my CIBIL score drastically, which I recently saw.

    Cash paid but wallet deducted

    I selected cash payment option and paid the driver directly via cash and never used or even selected Ola money postpaid option to make payment but they did this twice in the gap of 2 months without any prior notice or permission. Now they're making regular calls and sending messages for the money I had already paid. All the details are in the attached screenshot....

    Pressurising for double payment for a ride

    Late fee charges due to issue in app

    Late fee was charged. I tried clearing dues but unable to see clear dues button in ola app.

    Even chat support is not working for late fee waiver.

    Not able to clear dues on ola money

    I do not see the clear dues button when I go to payments- ola money. Instead I see a link regarding late fee structure. Due to this I am unable to clear my dues. I do not see any other way to make the payment. I have reached out to ola customer support but have recy no help from there. This is getting irritating as I have been trying to get this resolved since a week.

    Request this be taken up asap...

    No option available to clear dues

    Fraud transaction on Postpaid Wallet

    Money debited from OlaMoney postpaid account 5000/- to vendor AJIO without my knowledge. I DID NOT share an OTP. Customer care is adamant that an Otp was shared and they can’t do anything.     Fraud racket by Ola

    After using an Ola ride a call was received that mobile number change request has been submitted and post that 24000 unauthorised transactions were done from account and I made calls and emails to Ola which could have avoided 23900 fraud, no action from them resulted in loss and asking me to pay the money now !...
