Olacabs Payu — illegal transaction from my indian bank account to olacabs payu

I received an sms stating rs.4999 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 04/03/19 08:55 at olacabspayu mumbai and again rs.1000 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 04/03/19 08:56 at olacabspayu. I have contacted my bank branch the assistant branch manager cannot permanently block the debit card hence he has temporarily blocked my debit card. I am willing to provide further details regarding this issue. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.
