Olx India — fraud while purchase bike

We got advertising in olx, honda dio with 2017 model was selling by customer named parmil kumar.
Orange and black colour dio.
While selling he told view the bike take trail then pay the money
We belived beacuse he told himself army person with i'd proof.
But once deal started
He asked token amount for passing gate
3100 inr then we paid
Then again he asked 50% of money for clearence.
But again he called and told pay full amount then bike will be reach. So we got doubt and we rejected to pay.
He told he will file case against us
But we told 60 percent already paid
We never seen bike too.
So once reached will pay full. But he will never agreed

Now if we called him he is not returning our money. And taking badly.
Please help us.
