I saw an ad on your site of a mobile phone model yu yureka5510a which is of 4500 but after nagotition he is ready to sold in 4000 and when he gave me the phone it is working but then it gets switch off and when i ask him what happen he says battery was low that is why it is not working if you charge it then it start working and when i charge the phone it dosent work and when i complaint about this to that person he says when i give it to you then it is working so i cant do anything. And at the end i have to complaint you about this fraud happen with me. So please i request you to do something in concern to this problem please
