[Resolved]  Olx India — not dispatching my products

Sir, I purchased a phone from this person ( Vvii) from OlX on 30 Sep’ 2017 and I had also done my payment through paytm and account as well. At first he showed me the overnite express courier receipt of my package but that too was fake and also told me the package is stuck at Patna and is returning back and so on. So he always make an excuse because of some problems that he couldn’t sent my phone and it’s been 14 days. He is from Jaipur and also he has some money to be refunded to me . His contact no is [protected].
His paytm I’d is [protected]
and another is [protected] under the name of Mosam.
He also gave me an account of Punjab National Bank to transfer him the money.

Therefore, I request your kindness to analyse him for further issues and to solve the matter

Sir,
On 30th sep'2017, i had purchased a phone from this person (Vvii) from olx. First he sent me an overnite express courier receipt & i learnt that it was fake and didn’t sent my product that i had purchased a phone from him and i had already deposited an amount to him and also some amount to be refunded back to me... It’s been 16 days and still didn’t dispatch my package and his contact number is [protected] and this person is from jaipur. His ads no longer available
I did paid him the first payment using paytm and his patym id no is [protected] name as mosam and another id no. Is [protected].
For the second payment he gave me this account no. As below:

My first payment was done through Paytm and second payment through SBI net banking and details are given below:
