My ac had a gas leakage indicator, so i called them, they did a jet wash, gas filling n changed the sensor . but within half n hour right in front of their tech the ac faulted again . he blamed it on the sensor he placed, and rudely asked me to not complain n promised to fix it the next day. i contacted customers care of the manufacturer, panasonic and their team found a gas leak n fixed it. om electronics n refrigerant, based on agartala tripura charged me 1900 for a problem they failed to fix, i demand my money back, and steps must be taken against their malpractice Was this information helpful? |
