I joined the company on 10-09-17 by paying Rs 500 and they gave me the agreement on 13-10-17 and they took Rs 3000 for final correction but when I talked to them they didn't tell anything about it but in the agreement there was written so I have to pay it and when I paid they gave me my QC report in 2-3 days and some error occurred in that so they ask me more Rs 1000 for hiding that mistake so i paid it that too and told me to wait for 45 days as my refund and salary both will be given to my account or paytm.They mailed me regarding "IF I WANT THE REFUND SO I HAVE TO CALL ON THEIR NUMBER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE-[protected]" AND I CALLED THEM BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO IT then, They called me and asked for my card details to initiate the money but not received till now. I again call them but they blocked my number and on WhatsApp and they again called me on 24-10-17 to hide my rest of the mistake and demanded to pay more Rs 1500 or otherwise i will not get a single penny whatever i had paid in that company till date(AS THE AMOUNT WHICH I SHOULD GET BACK AS REFUND WAS FULLY REFUNDABLE AS PER THEIR AGREEMENT) and i paid all the amounts via paytm which they provided me for payment purpose. TILL DATE I HAVEN'NT GOT A SINGLE MONEY FROM THEM.
KINDLY PLEASE HELP ME OUT IN THIS MATTER.And their domain name which i provided below also says to be suspended. and i have all the proof and mails and agreement and their each call recording which i called them and their demanding of money. Was this information helpful? |
