Dear Sir/mam We have sent consignment from Om logistics on 15th May from Surat to Thrissur, However its been almost 10days from now, material has not reached to desination. Online tracking it is showing that it has reached bangalore and lying since last 10 days. However banglore person is saying they have dispatched to cochin and cochin person is saying they have not recieved any material. No support from Delhi head office.
