1st Flight Packers & Movers firm owner is only one man but his name is so many like sandeep, pradeep, mosin and also his firm address is not confirm one, so many addresses his saying.
Main thing is this customer closed any deal but after that deal he is not complete any order of commitment.

Om packers and movers is good in their service as they commit to customers. Recently, i booked om packers and movers when i moved to amritsar from delhi. My experience was good because their staff is extremely co-operative and even service was good. Keep it up ..om packers and movers...

I moved using the services of Om packers and movers From Delhi to Bangalore, We found Arya Movers to be very reliable and responsible. My quotation no is #457812.

Communication and follow through were excellent and our belongings arrived in good condition, there was a delay of 2 days for which I was kept informed . But safety is more important for me so they have delivered goods safely . Staff involved with our shipment were consistently helpful and personable and experienced members. Highly recommended. I would use them again in future if in Need .

I booked om packers and movers when i shifted from Ghaziabad to Delhi. If leave some if and buts overall service is good. and one thing which i liked most their dedicated staff. They have fulfilled their commitment as they delivered the all stuff without any damage within time.

This is the second time I have used Om packers and movers services, last time I used Omni 2012 when I shifted my goods from Ghaziabad to Banglore, I don't see my review here on this page, which I wrote last time, well I chose Om packers again coz, services I got from them were satisfactory, and I could trust them as I had already utilized their service, anyhow again My point of contact was Pankaj, last time when I moved from Bangalore to Ghaziabad he was in Bangalore, now this time when I have to move again from Ghaziabad Indira Puram to Bangalore, I called up their Bangalore office to get the quote and I was directed to the office in Ghaziabad, where I talked to Pankaj.
I called him up for the survey and pretty much the goods were same as I moved last time, there was not much to discuss or think, also didn't call any other movers and gave Om packers the moving confirmation, the move this time was also pretty much the same, no breakage no damage part, the guys did their job with packing and loading, got the delivery on time, also the unpacking was done as asked. And the same old policy of calling the customers for feedback, I gave them the feedback last time as well but the improvements have not been done yet.Pretty much everything with Om packers and Movers is almost the same as my last experience. Most of the team member were the same .and the same old no update policy, slow response weak tracking. I still recommend Om just coz their staff is good with packing and handling, the transport department is good with on-time delivery. and no improvement in customer service. Hope they Would try to improve more on tracking facilities and responding well to customers.

Worst transporters in India.
They are cheaters. Never go for Om packers and Movers

They have conned me of transport insurance money.
They charged me 6000 when actually the premium was Rs. 185.
Mr. Satyaveer at Om packers gurgaon is the leader of the con group.
Never trust this man.

PLEASE GO THROUGH MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE.subject-Fraud,cheating,deceit and athreat to national and defence security. I had a very bad experience with OM Packers. I booked a full truck from Navi Mumbai to Trivandrum and was promised delivery within 5 days with unloading and unpacking taken care of by them. The packing was shoddy and it was loaded as a full truck load into a lorry with insurance provided mentioning the lorry no. After repeated calls due to non delivery at Trivandrum I was informed by Uttam ( Mumbai Manager) that the lorry hit a motor cyclist and there is a delay due to this. Finally the goods reached after 12 days but to my surprise it was in another truck not the one insured for. I was also told that a fine of Rs 2000 was levied by Check post police for exceeding height stipulations which I was asked to pay. Though I was lured by the ISO certification displayed on the site and promise that unloading and unpacking would be their responsibility. However when Head load workers here demanded Rs 18,000 for unloading I was asked to pay the amount. Since I was in a trap I negotiated with the Unions and got it reduced marginally which I paid them since it was my need. However when unloading progressed I found a big crate under my goods. When I confronted the driver as to why he was carrying unauthorised goods in the truck fully booked by me and asked for the papers the real tr uth came out. My goods were unloaded at Vashi and kept in a warehouse for 5 days. Thereafter it was loaded into a truck which was first loaded with a huge crate carrying some machinery ? from LNT to ISRO at Trivandrum. I could get all these details from the papers the driver showed me on threat of calling the police. I wonder how possibly sensitive items of a defense related organisation could be transported in this suspicious manner and who is the culprit in this fraud. I am sure full cargo fares may be collected from LNT and as done from me also . It was raining in Mumbai and my goods got drenched with the cardboard cartons collapsing damaging my goods including costly artifacts, crystals, decorative pieces and crockery broken due to weight crushing them. I suffered a huge loss both in terms of damaged goods and my paying the head load workers without unpacking being done. I do not know if this ISO certification etc is a fake because though the site carries an office address at Trivandrum Uttam did not give any contact details even when I demanded for the same nor I found anybody representing that office. Apart from the huge fraud committed on me I also am worried about national security being compromised for the greed of such rapacious, unscrupulous transporters who would go to any extent to make a fast buck. I think the authorities should watch for such fraudulent tricksters and take exemplary action to stop such frauds which could be a national threat. Below a huge pile of household goods anything could be hidden and transported which could be very dangerous in the present scenario.PLEASE SEE THAT ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINSTSUCH COMPANIES WHO CHEAT CUSTOMERS AND ARE A THREAT TO THE NATION.

Sir, I would like highlight and to expose a route to sneak in dangerous materials into high security zones with the connivance and greed of road transporters and to alert the authorities against a possible danger to the internal security of our country.THIS IS A SERIOUSMATTER
There is a racket run by transporters which I became aware of through an experience of mine that I had recently, involving VSSC which was shocking to me and rang alarm bells regarding many security issues.

My goods were unloaded at Vashi, Navi Mumbai and kept in a warehouse for 5 days. Thereafter it was loaded into a truck which was first loaded with a huge crate carrying some machinery ? from L & T to VSSC at Trivandrum. I could get all these details from the papers the driver showed me on threat of calling the police. The Kerala Commercial tax dept e consignment declaration at Amaravila CT check post under token no. 320000/2011-12/60895 dt 18/7/2011 shows 2 consignments . First consignment under consigner TIN [protected] shows L&T to VSSC Tvm showing a container of value Rs 8,79,700.00 and another consignment of Krishna Muralidhar of household goods of nil value ( not for sale). I wonder how possibly sensitive items of a defense related organisation could be transported in this suspicious manner and who is the culprit in this fraud. . I do not know if the ISO certification of the transporters shown in the site etc is a fake because though the site carries an office address at Trivandrum OM Movers Manager did not give any contact details even when I demanded for the same nor I found anybody representing that office. I would like to relate an experience that I had recently involving LNT which was shocking to me and rang alarm bells regarding many important issues.
I booked a full truck from Navi Mumbai to Trivandrum through OM Packers and Movers, Koper Kharne, Navi Mumbai on a full truck, door to door delivery basis and was promised delivery within 5 days. My goods were loaded as a full truck load into a lorry with insurance provided mentioning the lorry no. After repeated calls due to non delivery at Trivandrum I was informed by Uttam ( OM Packers Mumbai Manager) that the lorry hit a motor cyclist and there is a delay due to this. Finally the goods reached after 12 days but to my surprise it was in another truck no MH04BU 7584, not the one insured for. I was also told that a fine of Rs 2000 was levied by Check post police for exceeding height stipulations which I was asked to pay. However when unloading progressed I found a big crate under my goods. When I confronted the driver as to why he was carrying unauthorised goods in the truck fully booked by me and asked for the papers the real truth came out. My goods were unloaded at Vashi and kept in a warehouse for 5 days. Thereafter it was loaded into a truck which was first loaded with a huge crate carrying some machinery ? from LNT to ISRO at Trivandrum. I could get all these details from the papers the driver showed me on threat of calling the police. Om packers and movers have a decent site http://www.ompackers.com and impressive looking visiting card, memos. I was easily convinced by Om packers manager Mr.Uttamrao Kauthekar and I paid him full in advance.
Little did i know that I made a big mistake - my goods (in worst imagined condition).On ``unpacking we found some expensive items missing, many artifacts and curios broken, expensive sarees etc damaged due to rains .We could not get insurance because though money was taken insurance was not done properly .Neonver did I think that an ISO compliant company would be involved in shady business.
Seems getting an ISO certification is about paying money - there is no quality checks and. can only hope justice prevails.have found numerous complaints against this transport on web site proving that he perpetuates this fraud and crime repeatedly. I had similar experience with Om Packers, Navi Mumbai, which is run by UTTAM KAUTHEKAR. Not only are they cheat and swindlers, but also they are extremely foul mouthed and abusive people. I urge people who are cheated by Uttam Kauthekar to come forward and file case in police. Uttam claims to be well connected with local police and politicians. May be some lead in local Shiv Sena/ MNS will also help. They will hopefully help in curbing menace of such hooligans like Uttam Kauthekar.

I wish to complain about Om Packers & Movers, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, which is run by Uttam Kauthekar. This is a fraud and cheat service. It claims to be ISO 9001 certified, a claim which itself appears as a big lie, because the way they provide service, including packing and transportation, is extremely lopshoddy. Uttam always charges complete amount in advance, while saying that if you do not pay in advance, then you will have to pay after getting your stuff loaded, a sort of blackmailing tactic. After the packing, Uttam keeps the stuff at his warehouse and loads it only when he gets some truck in minimum charge: basically he tries to squeeze as much margin as possible. My stuff kept lying at his warehouse for two weeks, even when he had promised that he will load it on the first day itself. Many times, during the loading some stuff is damaged as most often, the truck in which he loads the household stuff is carrying some industrial good as well, or the material is not load properly and is damaged during the transport. Uttam also does not provide labour service for unloading the stuff, whereas it is the duty of packers and movers, who pack, transport and unpack your luggage. Otherwise what is the difference between packers & movers and transporters? Uttam loads the luggage with anything that he wants. When questioned about it, he said that this is the way he does it. He also told me to unload my luggage at my cost, otherwise he will throw my luggage wherever he wants, and I shall never get it. He bragged that no police complaint can harm him as he is much above the law. It is these kind of people who run away first when cornered by the law. Uttam is an extremely filthy mouthed, cheat, abusive and swindler fellow. I am set for a legal action against him.

I totally agree with the complaint. Om Packers and Movers, Koperkhairane ( www.ompackers.com ) are thugs who cheat people around here in Koparkhairane. I just want to inform everyone that good packers like agrawal and goel are available even in small cities. People like Uttam Kauthekar take innocent customers into ride.

Iam writing with great pain and disappointment as my hard earned house hold goods have been handled by OM PACKERS & MOVERS very miserably.Ram Nivas, Narendra are fraudsters.

Giving below list of problems,

1) Have not recd my comprehensive insurance copy(for Rs.1, 00, 000 for household goods only) till date. When contacted Gurgaon office i was told Ram nivas has gone to his native so cannot provide. You see how they treat customers

2) My air conditioner has been totally damaged, not usable.

3) Item 23( Chlidren bicycle is missing)

4) 2 cylinder missing.

5) Washing machine and fridge body damaged.

Current status: Undelivered.
Apart from the fact that my goods has not been delivered. They have not been providing me with any updates and they don't pick the calls either. The staffs behave as if they are clueless about the consignment. Mr. Sahil Sharma who has promised that the goods would reach within a weeks time has not been available and has shown the worst example o[censored]nprofessional-ism and is not reachable for the past 1 week. After many attempts, they gave me a drivers no., which too is unreachable. I am going abroad for my studies and needed few things from the goods also my mother will be moving from Bokaro to Patna and if my goods remain undelivered, I would not be able to either get them shifted to Patna or take with myself. They have caused me mental harassment, inconvenience. Also monetary wise the amount that I have given to me along with the extra 50 rupees tip to the guy who packed and money that i have wasted so far in calling them. I had also sent them emails, for which i have never got any reply. Please help and advice me on this.

Last week we celebrated our - India's - Independence day. The crying need is to ensure security for our country..
I had sent a mail (attached below) regarding LNT compromising country's security by using dubious transporters who could pose security threats
for the country. I hope as good corporate citizens (which LNT is renowned for) necessary action has been initiated regarding the issue raised by me.
A line in confirmation would set my mind at rest that I have done my bit for the country.

am believer of ISO certification and trust institutions having ISO certification for their process quality and reliabilty.
However this faith was rudely shaken by a very miserable experience recently that too on my fathers retirement shifting.
While trying to find a good packer and mover to move our household goods he found Om Packers and Movers web site where they had advertised their ISO certification since 2002 and Govt of India registration.( Please see their web site - www.ompackers.com ). I find so many complaints against Om Packers who has cheated so many unweary people who are carried away by the ISO and Govt registered claims in the advertisement. Still they continue with the fraud. Is there no body who can look into such matters and take action?.

I do not know if the ISO certification shown in the site etc is a fake Apart from the blatent fraud committed on me both in terms of breach of trust and loss ( lot of my goods were damaged in the transit unloading and loading and getting wet in the rains, apart from the delay) I also am worried about national security being compromised for the greed of such rapacious, unscrupulous transporters who would go to any extent to make a fast buck. Moreover such unscrupulous fraudsters should be dealt with in an exemplary manner. Below a huge pile of household goods anything could be hidden and transported which could be very dangerous in the present scenario.
I have found numerous complaints against this transport on web site proving that he perpetuates this fraud and crime repeatedly. Many have mentioned of the ISO certification misleading them. themNo action is taken against them and they and they continue cheating the public and the country. Ialso had a similar experiance on 7/7 2011.Numerous complaints of this company regarding cheating and fraud can be found on the website and still the company continues to pratice these with impunity and fearless. I am believer of ISO certification and trust institutions having ISO certification for their process quality and reliabilty

However this faith was rudely shaken by a very miserable experience recently that too on my retirement shifting.

While trying to find a good packer and mover to move my household goods I found Om Packers and Movers web site where they had advertised their ISO certification since 2002 and Govt of India registration.( Please see their web site - www.ompackers.com ). Falling for this we engaged them and that to on my husbands retirement shifting and got the worst experience possible. Seems getting an ISO certification is about paying money - there is no quality checks and. can only hope justice prevails., I would like highlight and to expose a route to sneak in dangerous materials into high security zones with the connivance and greed of road transporters and to alert the authorities against a possible danger to the internal security of our country.
There is a racket run by transporters which I became aware of through an experience of mine that I had recently, involving VSSC which was shocking to me and rang alarm bells regarding many security issues.

I booked a full truck from Navi Mumbai to Trivandrum through OM Packers and Movers, Koper Kharne, Navi Mumbai and was promised delivery within 5 days. My goods were loaded as a full truck load into a lorryon 7/72011 which was insured for transit loss and damages. After repeated calls due to non delivery at Trivandrum I was informed by OM Packers Mumbai Manager that the lorry hit a motor cyclist and there is a delay due to this. Finally the goods reached after 12 days but to my surprise it was in another truck no MH 04BU 7584, not the one insured for. However when unloading progressed I found a big crate under my goods. When I confronted the driver as to why he was carrying unauthorised goods in the truck which was on a door to door delivery basis and asked for the papers the real truth came out. My goods were unloaded at Vashi, Navi Mumbai and kept in a warehouse for 5 days. Thereafter it was loaded into a truck which was first loaded with a huge crate carrying some machinery ? from L & T to VSSC at Trivandrum. I could get all these details from the papers the driver showed me on threat of calling the police. The Kerala Commercial tax dept e consignment declaration at Amaravila CT check post under token no. 320000/2011-12/60895 dt 18/7/2011 shows 2 consignments . First consignment under consigner TIN [protected] shows L&T to VSSC Tvm showing a container of value Rs 8, 79, 700.00 and another consignment of Krishna Muralidhar of household goods of nil value ( not for sale). I wonder how possibly sensitive items of a defense related organisation could be transported in this suspicious manner and who is the culprit in this fraud. I am sure full truck fares would be collected from L & T and as was done from me also . I do not know if the ISO certification of the transporters shown in the site etc is a fake because though the site carries an office address at Trivandrum OM PACKERS Manager did not give any contact details even when I demanded for the same nor I found anybody representing that office. The authorities should be forced to investigate and initiate necessary action to avoid untoward events bringing loss and security risk to our country when already we are seeing bomb blasts and other terrorist activities in various parts of the country. A consignment surreptiously sneaked into a high security zone in this manner possibly doctored on the way where it is open to all types of manipulations could pose major threats to sensitive installations in the country which are already in the hit list of terrorists. what I WANT IS JUSTICE TO CONSUMERS LIKE ME AND THE SAFETY OF OUR MOTHERLAND . THE authorities should be forced to investigate and initiate necessary action to avoid untoward events bringing loss and security risk to our country when already we are seeing bomb blasts and other terrorist activities in various parts of the country.Ifeel strict action should be taken against such cheaters.

A QUICK N SAFE PACKERS N MOVERS — Non receipt of luggage

Dear Sir,
I am first timee writing in this forum not sure if my voice will be heard.I am an Army officer who went on posting from New Delhi to Pathankot. Being a permannant resident of Gurgaon i had decided to send my luggage by courier.For that i chose A QUICK N SAFE PACKERS N MOVERS in Gurgaon.The luggage was given to them on 12th with full payment of Rs 12000 which also i think i paid more but nevertheless i was told that the luggage would reach me in 4 days that was to be the 16th. So i waited till 17th.After that it has been an embarassing and harassing journey for me . I was given 6 telephone numbers all of which were picked up before i sent my luggage but as soon as i started calling them after the 17th none of the numbers were picked. There was an occassion when my call was cut and i was messaged that the luggagee is on the way . I tried calling again for the next two days but no one picked up my phone. Finally on the 20th my phone was picked and i was spoken to very very rudely as if i was being done a favour. They told me that the truck had met with an accident and that they were sending another truck to recover my luggage. Soi waited another day and then asked to speak to the manager.they told me that the manager some Mr Joshi is In mumbai but they gave me his number . i spoke to him and he sounded tyo be reassuring.But i checked up his mobile number on the internet and discovered that the number is from DELHI.now it has been 14 days and my luggage has not reached. I am in Pathankot just 700 kilometers from Delhi and ideally should not take more than 3 days..I have summarised one thing that this courier service is being run by local goons of gurgaon and after they are paid the money they do not even care where the luggage is or is it safe.Today again i have been trying their number but they are intentionally not picking up my number.I urge you to get to know the whereabouts of my luggage and also instruct this fraudulent firm to ensure my luggage reaches at the earliest..

i had the worst experience of my life with om movers and packers navi mumbai koparkhairane .this person made false promises prior to booking when he said he will deliver my books and other household items in 10-15 days at the maximum and other companies in the same business will take very long at times even 1-2 months.as it was a case of my books i relied on him and got my things packed on[protected] and made a full advance payment in cash of rs 4000 .and .i told him that i want the delivery to be fast as i have to study and will need the books ...but i just kept on waiting and waiting when i called him after 15 days he said that the goods are still lying in his godown in navi mumbai and as he could not get a vehicle with which he can transport he will deliver it next week ...again i waited for next week...nothing came and he assured me for next week ...one more week passed i was now losing patience as my studies were suffering because of that, i started calling him everyday he was rude and used disrespecting language as "yeh mujhe khandaani nahin lagte" or "i dont know where are your goods, i have given you the number of local person call him and find out yourself" and "dont call me again" or "teen mahine bhi lag jaate hain to kya hua der lag gayi"and many times he did not even pick up the call.

then finally i got my luggage on[protected] at around 11:30 am, i found out that out of my bathroom items 2 buckets each of milton company, 1 tub cello and 1 bath stool (worth around 900), i got only one bucket and rest other items were all missing loss of around rs.700
i immediately called him up and reported, he said madam you take the delivery, sign the receipt and let him go and i will look into the matter
and will give you a call at 4 pm, i said ok he said dont worry its company's responsibility, nobody must have taken it intentionally but it must be there in the godown, you just sign the receipt.on his assurance, i signed the receipt .he did not call at 4 pm, when i called him at 4:30 pm he did not pick up the call once and then said that he is busy and he will go to the godown tomorrow at 11 am and will call me ...i said fine.
while i was unpacking i found that a wall lamp( worth rs.700) that he unscrewed himself and packed it in my backpack and covered the whole bag with cellophane sheet for safety, my electric steam cooker (rs.2000) that was packed in a cardboard carton and taped were missing . the cellophane sheet of backpack was removed and the lamp was taken out from it, alongwith some clothes.
and a brand new electric steam cooker box packed was also not there. i immediately called him and reported he said that he has asked me to call tomorrow then why am i calling him again and again, i told him that it was to bring it in his knowledge that the boxes and bags which were packed infront of me were later opened and things removed from them.
next morning when i call him first he asked me to call him later as he is busy or he will call, then as usual he never called and when i called him he said i have asked all my staff nobody has taken anything they are refusing, i was like what should i do if they are refusing, my things are missing and i gave it to you ...he said madam you are making a big issue of small things, i was like shocked .
i told him that i will file a complaint he said ...do whatever you want dont call me again .
apart from this a lot of articles including flower vase, glasses, jars were broken in transit.
one more thing i got to know that these people dont even have their own vehicles to transport, they hired a company services TCI XTS for transport and delivery of goods, paid them 1240 rs . while they charged me 4000.
WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE
so in total i paid him 4000 cash and 700+700+2000 worth of goods + breakage (1000)+headache, delay and all the stress

NEVER EVER USE THIS MOVERS AND PACKERS IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL, NO LOSS TRANSPORT OF GOODS .THIS MAN IS A CHEAT .HE IS VERY SWEET WHEN HE COMES TO YOU TO TAKE THE GOODS AND ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT THATS IT ...ALL HIS SWEETNESS DISAPPEARS, HE IS RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE, NON RESPONSIVE AND A BIG THIEF.
i want to teach this person a lesson ...i dont know how he got an iso certification, its not only because of the loss i have incurred but more because of the harrassment he caused me and that he cannot cheat anybody else.

I stay at Koparkhairane near D Mart and I have heard of several cases against Om Packers and Movers.
A customer even broke the glass at their office when his goods were lost - police was called to cool down the situation. My friend who used Om packers (www.ompacker.com) was very angry when his valuable stuff were damaged.

They misplaced my entire stuff (thankfully it was only books and clothes )and ii never got any compensation from them.

Please always use renowned packers for shifting e.g. agrawal/goel packers
To save few bucks you end up losing much more.
I suffered at hands of Om packers, koperkhairane too. I got transferred to bhopal reliance
and in hurry I availed services of Om packers and movers, Koparkhairane, navi mumbai

I ended up with 2 packages missing, stolen shoes/sandals, cylinder, foldable bed, bucket, damaged almirah, broken stove, mirror. Monitor was broken, table wheels were missing. There were vegetable remains in my torn packages and everything that a truck driver could use was missing.

I paid money for insurance which was rejected because the goods were never surveyed before delivery.
I paid commission to packers before delivery so that they could take extra care of my belongings.

My brother had a horrible experience with Om packers and movers, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
All his packages were torn and contents were lost. He filed for reimbursement but came to know that Uttam Kauthekar of Om packers and movers never did a survey of truck before dispatching - he kept the insurance money for himself.
Uttam Kauthekar and his staff are immoral who ask for commission from customers after loading the packages into truck.

I am relieved to see so many complaints against Om packers & movers. I am not the only person who suffered at the hands of these packers.

Uttam Kauthekar, Om packers and movers has shady business practices. I sincerely advise people not to use Om Packers and Movers, Koper Khairane

Sub: Complaint reg consignment No.1032( Ghaziabad - Coimbatore), goods handedover on 15/3/10.

Iam writing with great pain and disappointment as my hard earned house hold goods have been handled by OM PACKERS & MOVERS very miserably.Ram Nivas, Narendra are fraudsters.Main culprit is Uttam Kauthekar

Giving below list of problems,

1) Have not recd my comprehensive insurance copy(for Rs.1, 00, 000 for household goods only) till date. When contacted Gurgaon office i was told Ram nivas has gone to his native so cannot provide. You see how they treat customers

2) My air conditioner has been totally damaged, not usable.

3) Item 23( Chlidren bicycle is missing)

4) 2 cylinder missing.

5) Washing machine and fridge body damaged.

Om movers and packers are fraud. They took my mixer-grinder, full gas cylinder. And not picking up phone also to talk on this matter.

Uttam Kauthekar is fraud. I reported FIR against him at Navi Mumbai POlice Station. He seems to have some understanding with local police there. I request all people who have suffered from Om Packers and Movers, KoparKhairane to lodge a complaint against Uttam Kauthekar immediately
