Door to door delivery of activa scooter booked on 27.06.2016 from crossing republik ghaziabad to indore

Vide consignment note no. 1670 dated 27.06.2016, one activa scooter was booked for door to door delivery from my residence crossing republik ghaziabad to indore through shri rameshwar of om packers and movers crossing republik ghaziabad. Transportation charges was fully paid vide money receipt no. 893 dated 27.06.2016, with assurance of delivery within a week. Till 19.07.2016 no delivery of scooter is made.

unfair charges levied by om packers

I shifted from Bangalore to Pune and transported our household items by Om Packers and movers Pvt. Ltd. They charged me INR 9000 for the octroi charges but when I asked about the octroi receipt for the same than they denied to give. I inquired about the octroi rates and I was shocked to know that maximum octroi levied on household items is INR 120. I asked Om Packers to refund the same but they bluntly refused. I have booked Om Packers and Movers to shifting a new place from North Delhi to South Delhi on dated 01.06.2012
The total charges of shifting as per confirmed by INR 5500.00 inclued and vehicle and loading and unloading charges.

Charged money for Insurance but didn't provide the insurance

Misplacement of Valuables

They had undertaken an assigment on the 29 th May. They left the cartons for us to empty, they collected the empty cartons a week later in our absence without our knowledge . Along with the empty cartons they have removed a carton full of valuables containg exopensive electrical fittings radio Cds households items from the premises. Non Delivery of belongings

I had an unimaginably worst kind of experience with Om packers and movers, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
All his packages were lost in transit. I asked for compensation though insurance Uttam Kauthekar charged me (Rs 200/-). Later I came to know that Uttam Kauthekar, head of Om Packers and Movers, Koperkhairane never did a survey of truck. He and his gang are fraudsters.

Worst service ever

Sir,
This is to state that I used services of Om Packers and Movers, Kopar Khairane (http://www.ompackers.com/) on 4th April 2009 to shift my belongings from Kopar khairane to Pune.

Om packers and movers have a decent site http://www.ompackers.com and impressive looking visiting card, memos. I was easily convinced by Om packers manager Mr.Uttamrao Kauthekar and I paid him full in advance.

Money Extortion

Please beware of Om packers and movers -They are a bunch of frauds trying to make money through illegal means. I used their services to transfer my goods from Koparkhairane to New Delhi.
They failed to deliver my stuffs and asked for more money.
In fact in our first meeting Mr Uttamrao (head of company) asked me if I wanted to fake my bills for a commission. I realized his character but still decided to go with his services.br...
