Om Packers And Movers — Door to door delivery of activa scooter booked on 27.06.2016 from crossing republik ghaziabad to indore

Vide consignment note no. 1670 dated 27.06.2016, one activa scooter was booked for door to door delivery from my residence crossing republik ghaziabad to indore through shri rameshwar of om packers and movers crossing republik ghaziabad. Transportation charges was fully paid vide money receipt no. 893 dated 27.06.2016, with assurance of delivery within a week. Till 19.07.2016 no delivery of scooter is made.
It is to state that on regular persuasion with shri rameshwar and shri pankaj over mobile, no satisfactory reply is being received. I have also sent email and whats up message yield no result.
I would therefore request you to please do the needful.
