1. With due regards want to submit that i had booked a flat at 100 percent cash down payment {property ref no crc 521} in aug 2018 with the verbal promise by crm mr tarun nayyar that the same would be ready for possession by dec 2018. From dec 2018 till date i have approached your officials to speed up the balance construction and i was always assured that next two months the possession letter would be issued but no letter / intimation recd till date n moreover your officials dont respond to tele calls / whats app messages! With this attitude of your officials n slow /poor progress of construction of our block i m getting a feeling that i have lost on money including 30 lacs of bank loan taken to meet the cashdown payment!
2. I therefore request you to kindly intimate the exact time frame for the possession of the property since i am a serving army officer n have now been posted to jaisalmer border from jallandar n is not possible for me to drop in your office frequently.
