I transfer my luggage from pune to indore. They did fully fraud. Given other account no for money transfer, not company account no., made two different company copy of luggage. Main copy other company, carbon copy other company. Many item car, bike, freeze, cot etc damaged but not ready to return money. No insurance for luggage but took money.
