Hello Sir, Good Day..
This is Satyanarayana Reddy Bommana came to Chennai Airport to drop my 75 yrar old mother, who is traveling on domestic flight from Chennai to Kurnool on 7th August 2021. Since she is first time fligher and 75yesr old women I just moved bit to drop her in the indigo flight entry point at D4.. by just keeping car side for just 5 min Since I my mother is 75 old who got knee surgery. Meanwhile Airport authority of india vehicle parking & traffic lane management (Omega enterprises) person Mr.kumat locked my car and collected Rs.400 eventhough I am telling and showing my mom In front of him as proof.. he Is behaved very orragant, hence I paid money and comeback as I have to leave immediately because my wife in hospital.
They think customers as fools and how can they keep Charging people hard earning money despite passanger showing proof infront of them. Please take an immediate action on Kumar as he Is very arrogant with people and save people hard earning money.
If this is not right forum to raise grievance against OMEGA ENTERPRISES PARKING FINES then help me getting right channel to raise greveance.
