Omg Shopping Deals — money transferred to them but not providing the services

Website: Not delivering the product ordered even after the payment is done and not even replying to the messa

I had ordered a product from omg shopping deals, on the 10 january and had done the payment transaction through paytm bank transfer. I also got an email for the confirmation regarding my product and an email for the confirmation of the shipment
I also tried to call the customer care number provided on their website, but unable to contact them!!
They had told that they will deliver the product till 14th jan, but they have not yet delivered the product and not even responding to the messages and phone calls
