Omnitechseller — Not providing refund and not deliverying the product, without delivery, mark status as delivered

Ordered LG Refrigerator from flipkart during sale.

During delivery of the product on 30th sep, there are scratches on the front door of the freeze, so I didn't accept it.

After few hours, status of the product marked as delivered without delivery of the product.

After that I contacted flipkarts's customer care, they didnt provide me any solution of it. I already paid for this product.

After few days, on 3rd sep, I again got message that product is delivered and my old item is picked up. NOONE came to my home, without picking up old product and delivery of the product, they are sending this message.

After multiple calls to customer care center, they told me to wait till 4th sep, then 5th sep, and then 6th sep.

On 6th sep, there is no update for my product, I again call on customer center, and now they told to wait for it till 12thsep.

I asked them for refund, but they didnt initiate it.

THEY ARE NOT DELIVERYING MY PRODUCT AND NOT GIVING ME REFUND.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY ON FLIPKART AND THIS OMNITECH SELLER, HEY ARE FRAUD, CHEATER.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FLIPKART
