OMR Toll Plaza — toll amount collected forcefully even for not using the toll road

Hi i was crossing the toll at thuraipakkam radial road on 3rd feb 2019 (Around 7:30 pm) with my family from omr jain college (Crossing omr) as no other route to go to radial road from jain college, though i was informing toll collected in plilte that i was not used the toll road and just want to go to radial road and will be return back before eod. The both collector was so ademnt and want to collect the money for not using the toll road. He was also using very bad words and unparlimentary words and forcefully collected. Even i asked to leave me to take u-turn that i will not cross the toll and go back to my home. But he did not even allowed me return.

I asked for the complaint register and he said no register is available and he could not provide it and asked me to go to police station or make a call to nhai authority. I was telling them comlaint register should be available in every booth and he replied with high tone that he do not have and he cannot give.

Toll was built about 2 km form the toll road and the local residents and non users of toll road is forced and tortured with paid crowd like kundas to collect the money.

The toll amount may be few penny and the matter is not about the money but why should a local resident and non-users should pay if they are not using any service.
