They harass the candidate. they ask to join their company and provide loan related files by calling customers. They haven't provide joining letters or any official documents. They cheated to candidate. Even they don't pay to candidate their salary. My few friends worked here and they haven't get their salary since 3 month as company promise to pay. Omre advisory doing same scam all the time. again they are hiring new resource and saying existing candidates to look for another job so they can make fool to another candidates and they can play their business accordingly. even they haven't settled our entire calculation. I haven't get paid even a single month salary.
Please have a look and control this type of organization. They should be ban. They are firing candidates in this pandemic time.
When we right mail to them to complete our full and final settlement but they ignore that mail.
They are vary clavier, when they call candidate for interview they said they will pay lets say 10000 amount per month and when you ask for joining letter they said they will give in next month or later. They just hide every official things. Its biggest scam they are playing. they are playing with candidates career and candidates family.
