Poor service. Omshakthy homes have cheated. I am unable to avail patta because of the blunder they made in the layout. There is no proper response from them. Its a complete mess. No proper planing and didn't get proper government approval. Selling unapproved lands in omshakthy kanopus. Due to their (Omshakthy homes) mistakes im unable to get patta for my plot. And when i reached their customer service no one respond. They have cheated me and i lost my money. Check all legal documents and verify everything before you buy from this omshakthy promoters.
