We have booked above referred consignment at amritsar to be delivered at chennai on 8th february, 2019. However till todate the consignment hasn't reached at its destination. Inspite of my best efforts to contact your office at chennai on numbers given in the website but no one is picking up the phone. The consignment is urgently required at chennai. On-Dot Couriers & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 18, 2019 Updated by sanjeev kumar sharma I tried to call every contact numbers of ondot courier and cargo since last three days but no one is picking up the phone. It seems that they have wind-up their business from India. They have not delivered the consignment to its destination even after 11 days. This is very bad on the part of the company who boast of delivering the consignment in time.

which was supposed to be delivered on 20.02.2019
but we have not received at yet but your system is showing that the parcel is delivered .

Your amritsar hub has made a fake entry by showing that the courier is delivered but i m still waiting for the same.
