On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — supply delay and providing wrong phone no.s and unsconding

One of my courier has been despatched from new delhi tulip diagnostic pvt ltd through on dot courier which contains cheque on 4th feb 2019. As provided in the tracking details the courier was on transit to kolkata on 6th. No further updates has been provided. I was trying to call to their given phone no.in kolkata. It is unsconding. Moreover i forwarded a mail with quiry on 11th. I did not get any response. Please help me in finding out a way of it. I am in an urgent need of that cheque.

#[protected] is tracking number of my courier. As per website delivery boy came yesterday & was not able to deliver as door was locked .

1. Yesterday my wife was at home for full day. House was not locked at all
2. Why ???? the delivery boy did not called ?????
