I have ordered a symphony water cooler on 6th April 22 and made payment through PayTm payment gateway. The order was neither acknowledged nor confirmed. When contacted to their phone and e-mail provided in the website, the phone was switched off and mails were being bounced back. Could someone suggest how to get money back from them?
Alert- This site is totally fake and looting the customers by lowering the price of product displayed.
