I have also been cheated by this builder. I have already paid more than 40% of the agreed amount for my plot in one place city, lucknow but yet to get possession even after more than 6 years. I want to join you people in the legal fight against this builder. Can any one forward case copy of ncrdc against builder tdi infra for refund of amount with 18% interest. It will help me to project my case in consumer court strongly.
