one world computer services bangalore — Bad computer service - lost all data on harddisk and Rs 8000

My hard disk had crashed and my computer was not working properly and I posted an online enquiry for repair. Mr Eswar called and said he is a computer service provider. But instead of repairing my harddisk he told me that the real problem was with power supply and told me to replace all other parts and took Rs 8000 for it. The computer never worked after that and when i told him that he has done a bad service he told me that he knows all about computers and has 15 years experience. He took my computer for service and has totally destroyed it. When i asked for refund of my Rs 8000 he says that once installed he will not take back his products even though they are not working. My computer is lying useless and has totally stopped working and when I emailed him a legal warning for cheating and bad service he is telling that I cannot sue him and I should file a complaint on the manufacturer of the parts that he has installed and not on him. When he replaced my power supply, he took my original part without my permission and returned it only when I demanded it back. He is a fraud who does not know anything about computer repair. I lost all my research data and have not been able to recover it. I need compensation for all the damages.
