[Resolved]  One97 Communications — Refund from indigo airlines

I booked a flight on 30th September'23
Because of medical emergency I had to cancel the flight. An refund of 13749 was initiated to one 97 communication limited paytm. But till now I haven't received any refund or update regarding the same. My pnr number is same as reference number QZVNPN. The reference number for refund given by indigo airlines is[protected]. It's really unprofessional that no one is helping neither I am able to contact the agency on call. As it always show that executives are all busy.
