[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership

I am sonal jain an hfdc credit card holder and the hdfc people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 2499 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.
