BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM!!! This company is a scam! First, they will not let you cancel one you ordered. They told me it was a hour window, BUT nowhere is that on the site in clear large letters to see. They charge $69.99 BUT Amazon has it for $29.99!!! So no wonder that when it arrived (not even in a box but in in plastic!!) it did not work!!! Useless! They will not let you return it! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! PORDUCT: Arctic Air Cooler order #58666 I canceled on June 20 as soon as I got the order confirmation telling me that it would take 2-4 weeks and I needed it immediately. I ordered a personal air conditioning unit in July. Order number 60415. I still haven’t received it and my credit card was charged right away. I was told they were back ordered, but I still haven’t received it. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter. I would like to cancel my order Nd have my credit card reimbursed.
