Onekirana — Refund

I made on line shopping for Rs 579 and the amount was paid from my credit card. On completion of payment the link went off and there was no order confirmation. When I contacted later you informed as you are not delivering to my location. The purchase was done on 12/01/2014 .I send several mails, but they never replied. I made several calls and every time u promised refund . Pls. find my credit card statement part-12/01/2016
