I brought OneOdio A71 headphone on 25th January 2021.
From month of June the microphone is not working. It has 2 years of warranty. So I contacted customer care by phone first then dropped mail to them. They told me I will received the replacement of the microphone within 2 weeks maximum.
Now it is more than a month, still haven't received. Whenever I drop a mail or call them, they are just telling "We would like to apologize for the delay in your replacement order. We are waiting for our stock shipment to arrive in India in a couple of days. Unfortunately, it has delayed due to the current ongoing challenges faced due to the pandemic".
This same message I am receiving over & over. But they are not giving any confirmation, when will I receive the replacement.
It is difficult to work from home without a proper headphone with mic. It is hampering my work since more than month.
