Sir,
I have ordered fast charging smart cable through the web site www.onestopmegamart.com. they have cash on delivery option only. I received a wrong product which is not same like they showed in the web site and totally not worth of that money. The address i have received the product from is shop no. 284, gt road mohan nagar sahidabad ghaziabad chaziabad uttar pradesh 201007.
I paid rs. 849 by cash. After opening the parcel i came to know the product was different. Before getting the parcel i get a call from them from mobile number [protected] for confirming my address.
I mailed them in [protected]@gmail.com about my wrong product mentioning my order number 52210. I didnt get any reply mail so i called the mobile number which i have received call and they send me a sms from mobile number [protected] saying that to [protected]@vendaxa.in plz complaint these mail. 24 hours u got an ans. But that e mail id is not working and i got response as "address not found your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@vendaxa.in because the domain vendaxa.in couldn't be found.
Plese help me to get reply from them.
