ONGC — Fee Refund

I filed the application form for graduate trainee 2013 . The exam was conducted but after exam I came to know that recruitment was cancelled due to some reason. When I tried to know when ONGC will conduct this exam again then I found a notice on http://www.ongcindia.com/notice_regarding_refund.pdf in which ONGC mentioned that it is working out the modalities to refund the application fees as the exam will not be conducted again. I was agree with notice. It has been more than a year since ONGC published the notice relating to refund. But I want to know why ONGC is not refudning our money. Is this so difficult to find out the applicants details who paid the application money for this recruitment or It was just a way to raise money from innocent citizens of india in the name of job recruitment to fulfil your fund requirements. We all know that how much money you have collected from applicants. It is not tough for you to refund the money within a month as you have already taken more than a year to work out on this. It is your responsibility to resolve this issue as soon as possible but not more than one month. Either you refund this money on your own within a month otherwise we will have to take action against you.
