I purchased Onida Android TV 58 inches last year. After 3 months of purchase, the remote stopped working. Many attempts to get the same resolved failed as the customer service of Onida is pathetic and useless. Till now, that is more than a year, the issue still persists. I am not using the TV now because of this as no other remote control is working or pairing with this tv. Even online apps are not working. I advise the customers to not even consider this brand for any purchase. The customer care, the service centres are totally non-functional and do not offer any resolution. I believe the management team is just not bothered about its commitment to the customers. This is one form of deception and fraud.
