Dear sir,

I have been using Onida home appliances quite Long time Onida TV, Onida A.c, OnidaDVD PLAYER HDR-5522, Onida TV Oxegen thunder etc...
Three years before i.e on:15.08.2013, I have purchased onida LCD Tv model no:LCO24PHD and with in 6 months the T.V was not functioning, then the PCB was replaced by your service personnel.(please check your records).
In the month of Feb-2017 the same problem raised and Your service center at Thanjavur OM Muruga Electronics was contacted (Service Call no:1702C[protected] dated:10.Feb-2017) R
And the service personal has told the Main PCB has to be replaced. Till date they did not replace the PCB .
OM Muruga Electronics/ ADONICS SERVICE COORDINATOR Wants to Cheat the customer as well as Onida.
They started bargaining with us to complete the job without Bill.
Is Onida started cheating the Customer?.
Here after we will not buy any Onida products .
