Myself mahesh kudale i gate online matchpoint final marrage pack of rs 7500 on 15 november. They said before membership in this pack i give you in this pack online service, offline service (give 15 to 20 matching profiles if they like my profile ), paper add, mitting arrangement etc after membership they give me only 7 offline profile and mobile numbers but if i call them they said me who said you we like your profile no one calling us, that type resons after that i calling to branch office in pune & ask them abaut online service they give me id & passward but id is not opened till date. about paper add no respons they not provide any mitting if i call or met them they are not give me any positive respons then i ask them they not give my money also & missbihave with me. Then i call to custemer care about my service or refund they said we forward you complaint to pune branch back & we are not responsible about service & refund also so you call them about your service. sir they are Fraud they get only money & not provide service please i request you give strong action agenst them & refund my money back
